Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer a refund or credit on purchased items. Once a product is downloaded it is considered “consumed”. We would advise that proper due dilligence be conducted before confirming a purchase, to avoid buyer’s remorse. But feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about your order. We will do our best to resolve it.

There is generally no obligation to provide a refund for the following reasons:

• Change of mind
• “Accidental” mistaken purchase
• Insufficient expertise to use the trading journals
• Do not possess the required software (Excel, google sheets, etc)

Aside from that, if you do encounter a situation whereby you deem it is necessary to push through a refund, feel free to reach out to us. We will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis.

Do note that you may not get back your original value due to transaction costs imposed by the payment gateway and exchange rate fluctuations when refunding a product. These are out of our control. We will do our best to cover such costs, but there are times such incidences may occur. It may also take some time for amount to reflect in your bank account (or thjrough whichever method you originally paid through).
